Stanley Liria as the Principal is responsible for the overall Practice leadership, direction, review and quality of legal services provided to clients.

He has over 11 years of experience in Civil and Commercial litigation and Judicial Reviews. He has experience in Leadership Tribunals and Election Petitions. He has provided legal advices to range of clients from individual family disputes, corporations, Government bodies and Provincial Governments including legal advice on Southern Highlands Province and Hela separation in 2012.

Stanley was a Legal Advisor to the Special Review Committee on review of operations of the PNG Institute of Public Administration from March 2008 to July 2008. He is a member of the Syllabus Advisory Committee for Legal Studies Course in PNG Education System.

Stanley is the Director of Paga Hill Development Company (PNG) Ltd, established in 2000 and committed to developing a quality master-planned estate ‘Paga Hill Estate’ in the heart of Port Moresby.’

He is a writer and has interest in researching and writing on law for average Papua New Guinean audience. He has special interest in Community Development issues including finding ways to overcome cultural and discriminative barriers for underprivileged citizens such as children, women and people living with HIV and Aids and community justice. His two books are: (1) A Law Awareness for Papua New Guinea – Our guide to the Rule of Law (2004), (2) “Inequalities in Development Rural Communities: A Pangia Perspective” (May 2009).

Stanley is also the founder of STANLEY LIRIA VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE, an initiative that he founded on 21 August 2014 but covering his 12 years of community support and charity services.
